Present Practice is guided by three pillars: discipline, discovery, and devotion. Discipline is the commitment to show up—to the mat, the breath, and the work of practice. Discovery invites curiosity through movement, study, and self-inquiry, revealing what’s possible on and off the mat. Devotion is the understanding that practice extends beyond the studio, shaping how we live, relate, and serve. Together, these pillars inform how we teach, how we move, and how we build community—rooting yoga not just in what we do, but in how we live.

retreats

Present Practice Retreats are immersive journeys rooted in yoga, travel, and community. What began as a single retreat in 2019 has grown into a global offering, bringing people together through daily practice, meditation, time in nature, and meaningful connection. Each retreat is thoughtfully designed to balance inner work and exploration—inviting perspective, integration, and a deeper relationship to yourself and the world around you.
