Morgan’s yoga classes seamlessly blend creative and intelligent sequencing with intention, breathwork, meditation, contemplation, and yoga philosophy to encourage self-discovery and inner connection. Morgan is known for offering caring hands-on assists, clear and grounded instruction, and pacing that honors each and every moment. Morgan brings a playful energy and warmth to every interaction, and this is felt through her teaching.

Morgan teaches her public classes in downtown Austin at hOM, the studio she co-founded with Carter Miles. Her hOM class schedule is:

M - F 7:15am heated vinyasa (60min)

Tu & Th 8:30am meditation (30min)

M & W 6pm breathwork (30min)

Tu & Th 5:30pm warmed vinyasa (90min)

Sa 9:30am warmed vinyasa (90min)

Friday evening 6-8pm masterclass, with rotating hOM teachers (check hOM schedule)
